Had measurements done today! I have come so far! I'm visualizing where those extra inches were and how they felt. These did NOT come easy. I had already trimmed off the easy first few, not to mention the first 45 from years before. Each of these pounds AND inches fought to stay on my body. I make choices every day that are in accordance to my goals. I'm doing this after 30, without helpful genetics or biology or a fit teenage body to spring back to.
