My motto lately? GRILL ALL THE THINGS. I was afraid to grill #tilapia thinking it would fall apart, but I heated the grill extra hot, coated the filet lightly in avocado oil and didn't try to move it until it had cooked well. It came off perfectly and tasted amazing! Seasoned with S&P, lemon pepper #MrsDash and some onion powder, and that pile of green is chopped and sautéed #BrusselsSprouts

Enjoyed my white chocolate oats from @myoatmeal with half an #organic #arizona peach and some organic #blueberries. Nearly two years of egg whites + #oats and it never gets old! Down another half percent body fat since last week at my checkup yesterday.
