DETERMINED not to fall off the wagon this trip! 5 days in #Nashville/#Knoxville. Day one meals and snacks in a small cooler to carry with me- days 2-5 will be from Whole Foods. Using my #6packbags ice pack to keep it all chilly. Also, started flying in my workout clothes so I can go right from the plane to the gym- #noexcuses! #fitfam #fittravel #frequentflyer #contestprep #bikiniprep #mealprep

I just want to say THANK YOU to @nutrishoptempe! I forgot my #BCAAs at home and had no drink or water for my workout. I walked in totally ready to buy a shaker and see if they had a #bcaa sample and the guy gave me a shaker AND a sample and some filtered water to top it all off.
