Successful #legday I'd say! #PRed my #deadlifts (125lbs for 3 sets of 5) so I'm close to my goal of #deadlifting my bodyweight! My #1RM is probably pretty close but I don't want to push it until I have a coach keep my form in check. Gotta be careful with my twisty spine Did a circuit with low weight and plyos for the rest of my workout to keep my heart rate up. Probably won't be up to working out tomorrow due to my oral surgery in the AM
