#ww2museum was incredible. Such a somber reminder of what humankind has put itself through. Still blows my mind that this all happened so recently, and my grandmother can recall things happening to her as a young girl growing up in war torn Germany. These images show the contrast in the sizes of the armies at the beginning of WWII- a powerful illustration of the imbalance of military power and what we were up against.
