Slept in late so I had some #macros to make up! Delicious soft boiled eggs, turkey bacon, baked avocado and a whole wheat English muffin with some sugar free jam! 31g fat, 33g carbs, 48g protein and 12g fiber! I'm going to try and get in the #gym today for the first time since getting sick I know this yummy #highfatbreakfast will keep me sustained for a long time
