The past few weeks I've been starting my day with a breakfast smoothie. It's always some variation of the veggies and fruit I have on hand… today is spinach, red chard, avocado, banana, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, protein milk, plain Greek yogurt and water. I add a tablespoon of ground flax and a tablespoon of ground chia for extra fiber/protein/omegas. I've never been one to eat a sizable volume of green leafy veggies so between this and a salad at dinner its helping! And it doesn't look like much in the picture but I'm able to cram about 90g of greens in there! Thanks to @foundmyfitness for always being a great nutrition inspiration
