#27weekspregnant and really starting to get that whole "uncomfortable" thing. Even with weekly #prenatalmassage, physical therapy, prenatal yoga, home exercises and seeing a chiropractor my back is a mess. I always knew my #scoliosis would be an issue while #pregnant and thankfully before now it's been fine- but I'm really struggling the past week or so. If anyone has any other tips I'm all ears!! Going to hit the gym pool later this week, as I've heard the weightlessness of swimming feels pretty great 🏻
