Trey snoozed right through @takingcarababies #sleepclass- how appropriate 🏻 We took this class when I was #pregnant and everything I have known to do over the last 4 weeks when it comes to baby sleep was from that. We were excited to take it again after having some real world context and it made a huge difference. We've obviously been in survival mode the past month, but now we can really start laying the foundation for some healthy sleep habits down the road. Truly it's more about fixing what WE have been doing wrong, not the baby. If you're in AZ and have a baby on the way or have a newborn, this class is a must! If you're anywhere else take her online class!! I seriously can't recommend it enough.
