Max and I are hoping to try and not have the insane overabundance of toys I've seen lots of my mom friends complain about- we have limited space to work with in our home. My hope is that we'll keep fewer, nice quality toys that inspire his creativity. Wishful thinking maybe but a girl can dream I was excited to find @bannortoys through my friend @thecupcakerehab and I went a little crazy. He's still a bit young for rattles and blocks but I'm so excited to give these to him in the next few weeks

It's official: We've kept a baby alive for two whole months! He weighs in at nearly 11 pounds (!!!) and is still not sleeping much. We did get one glorious 4 hour and 45 minute stretch once but he hasn't repeated that unfortunately. He's hitting all his milestones and it's so cool to watch his cognitive development. He's not as clingy as he was a few weeks ago, and I find myself really cherishing the times he will drift off on my shoulder after eating. First swim lesson- check! He was loving it until the water on the face bit. Then he looked at me like he would have called CPS on me if he could talk, and was inconsolable for the rest of class 😑 I felt like a huge jerk but he got over it. Glad one of the moms had a friend snapping pics and she was nice enough to share with me!!

I can't even tell you how excited I am… I backed the #SuperTroopers2 IndieGoGo campaign almost exactly THREE YEARS AGO. Now the movie is almost here Date night to @alamophoenix to see this long-awaited masterpiece! The first Super Troopers is one of my favorite movies of all time.
