Finally managed to hoist my ever-expanding ass off the couch and worked out. Did #strollerstrides with the nugget at Dobson Ranch Park and he was totally hanging in there until I put sunscreen on him. He'd better get used to that being my kid and all Felt good moving my body, even if it was awkward and unwieldy. Baby steps
