Lunchtime workout I’ve been feeling really down on myself for being so far away from my usual active lifestyle for so long. I really thought long and hard about it, and I remembered how much FUN I had when I started #CrossFit back in 2012. It’s really what got me starting loving fitness and working out. It changed me and it changed my body. The more I moved away from it, working out progressively became more about duty and doing it because I was supposed to, not because I was looking forward to it. I figured why not get back to my roots and do it for fun again. I certainly have a new perspective going in and I’m not trying to win any medals or hit any PR’s at this point. I just want to come in, have fun and regain the sense of enjoyment and community that got me hooked in the first place. Plus, I miss being able to MOVE with agility and freedom. I miss mobility and conditioning. So, here we go! Wish me luck!
