Another yummy protein shake experiment. It was a success!! Mocha protein mock-frappe! 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 packet instant coffee, 1 packet stevia or Splenda and ice/water to taste. Blend, enjoy!

So the saga of my ridiculous rental cars continues. I guess I forgot to tell them I make lots of U-turns.
