I went for a walk around my hotel (ok, I was finding a pokestop, don't judge me) and I found that the other half of the building connected to the hotel I've been practically living at is the biggest and most well equipped gym I have been to in ages…. And upon further inspection, hotel guests can workout there FREE. Jackpot!!!! Got in a great workout tonight and it feels good to be back in the groove!

Not glamorous but much tastier than sodium laden hotel stodge 🏻 Happy to have found a @musclemakergrill near my hotel aka second home! Still trying to keep it right on the road. It's not easy but neither is feeling like crap, so I guess you have to pick what you'd rather deal with.
