Loving the ease of frozen sweet potatoes from #traderjoes!! One ingredient and delicious. I wish I had known that they take so well to freezing, I would have done it myself ages ago. Also, the frozen Brussels are good- not as good as fresh obvi- but Max hates when I roast them because he says they make the house smell like a fart (which is kinda true).
