Back to my happy place. I missed #FunctionalStrength and compound movements and #Kettlebells and barbells and all the things that got me started (almost 2 years ago to the day). I missed the positivity and encouragement. Dropped into a #powerlifting gym today and I think I might stick around there. If I can get my strength and muscle mass where I want it, it'll be a hell of a lot easier to lean out when I'm ready (really ready). Feeling energized again for the first time in a long time.
