Passed a #grapefruit branch in an alley that someone had pruned, covered in super ripe fruit while #biking. It happened to be at the end of my #running course, so I used that as #motivation to do a full length #bike and #run #brickworkout even in the hot sun. SO WORTH IT! Got my training done early and came away with three ripe, juicy sweet-as-candy grapefruits, still warm from the sun ️
