Hmm. I really DID get hurt at #patsrun after all. Just thought I had a cramp and I powered through it, but then when I tried to do my normal run the next day I had to stop after the first half mile and then limp home. Been getting worse since then but went to the doc today and he taped it up. Soft tissue injury- not that big of a deal but no more running till race day on Sunday. Only biking and swimming. Can't wait to get back to lifting. I'm seriously NOT an endurance athlete! My body does not agree with all this impact unfortch :/ #builtforcomfortnotforspeed #imisslifting #deadliftsoverdistance
