I've always made my #proteinpancakes from scratch, but I saw someone talk about #kodiakcakes #powercakes on IG awhile back so I gave them a try. So good! They give some suggestions to bump up the protein content by adding an egg and milk instead of just water, which I tried and was amazing. This time I did an egg + 1 egg white and instead of milk I used protein milk from @rockinrefuel. It was definitely more protein-y but still amazing, and beats the recipe I used before. With my recipe tweaks it was 30g protein, 32g carbs, 5g fiber, 7g fat. I topped with sugar free syrup and washed it all down with some #mctoilcoffee 🏻 on a #gameofthrones coaster, obvs
