The face of pure joy realizing you're at the top of a 200lb deadlift, crushing a goal you set only a few months ago. Did a check of all my #1RM for #squat #bench and #deadlift to see my progress and I'm so excited that I've added 20lbs to my squat from my #meetPR, 10lbs to my bench and 25lbs to my deadlift! I was hoping to break 200 by around Christmas but 185 went up pretty smooth so @nicki_mitchell said lets go for it and all the #beautifulstrength girls were cheering me on… It was awesome!! Thank you to Nicki the best coach ever and the crew at @revolutiontraining seriously you guys make me feel so at home here ️ THANK YOU
