I've noticed that I eat poorly out of convenience. I pulled some tricks back from the bodybuilding days and used my #foodsaver to prepare some simple healthy meal pouches and then popped them in the freezer. They microwave up super easily, and when I have good food on hand I know I'll eat it. Really trying to be mindful… it sure isn't easy once you're out of the habit. I know I feel 100 times better when I'm making quality food choices- I just have to make that easier than making bad ones 🏻
