Been struggling recently! Mentally losing focus and that motivation that I need. Still been at the gym, but not pushing myself like I was before. Diet has been half assed. BUT!! Sharing my struggles to recognize it, own it and get back on that freight train of success! Also looking back to see how far I've come and be proud and be my own motivation!!!!
