#mealprep! The lazy person's dream come true. I did everything at once this time making it even easier- #brusselsprouts cut in half, tossed in avocado oil, salt pepper and onion powder, #broccoli (same seasonings), plain sliced #sweetpotatoes- all in a 425 oven. Broccoli was done in about 15 min. The rest stayed in for 15 more. Marinated flank steak on the grill. Chicken in the slow cooker (3 hours on high w/ 2 cups water + some seasonings).
