#transformationtuesday! About three months between these photos, and about 5 pounds- as in I'm 5 pounds HEAVIER on the right. Left was low calorie and and 6 day/wk #cardio. Right is much higher calorie, higher carb, #liftingheavy and 4-5 days cardio. Lots of #glute work! Kickbacks, #deadlifts, #squats, #lunges, step ups, etc. It works!! Plus, getting my hormones in check made a world of difference.
