While I've been feeling fluffy and a bit discouraged (yet still grinding, but perhaps a little half heartedly) my body composition analysis today said I gained a pound of muscle and am down 2lbs fat :) Not what I expected to hear so I was pretty happy with that. My strength gains are continuing- my assisted pull-up is over halfway to my goal of being unassisted! I started needing 95lbs of help and now I'm down to only needing 40lbs (even being about 10lbs heavier!) Had a good #pullday and a run. Gotta gear up for #pattillman in April!
