It's beginning to look a lot more cucumber-y around here!

I did it! Another #patsrun in the books DEMOLISHED my previous time by like 13 minutes! The weather was perfect and I love the energy of this race. So inspirational ! Can't wait to see my official time

Having a #pourover because well, looks like it's the thing to get here ️ Overcame a huge professional insecurity and gave an awesome training to a big class full of physicians. Thanks for the hospitality, #Cleveland!

Thanks to some awesome lunch break swim coaching from @fueledbypez and @smileyconrad I'm feeling like it is significantly less likely that I'll die in #tempetownlake! Maybe a new goal will be to actually go with my age group instead of the buddy wave.
