Pow! Feels so good to be back at it! As you may have noticed from my hashtags if you're super sleuthy, I've been training for my first #triathlon. Been talking about doing one for two years, decided to finally just shut up and do it. 2015 is the year of DOING! My main goal while getting my endurance back up is to retain my muscle, so I'm NOT eating in a caloric deficit. Eating slightly above maintenance, having 150g of protein daily and consuming intraworkout #BCAAs. Last doc checkup actually had me UP3lbs muscle and DOWN 3lbs fat which is friggin fantastic! Feeling good, although my stupid knee is being a jerk again, but I have been being stupid and was running in my cross trainers, so new shoes on order should take care of that. Swimming starts tomorrow.
