Egg Mc…. Squash blossom?? Haha! I've been having egg white sandwiches on high fiber English muffins for breakfast a lot lately. Today I added lots of chopped spinach and green onion from the garden, plus topped it all off with a beautiful, tender #squashblossom Hoping eating some of the pollen will help with my allergies this year #macros – 26g carbs, 22g protein, 8g fat & 9g fiber!
