Loving my new plan at @revolutiontraining by @nicki_mitchell. I'm slowing down, and starting over. Lower weights, focusing on the major lifts (#squat, #deadlift, #benchpress) and backing my cardio down dramatically. At first I felt like I needed to do more, and it was strange only being in the gym for 30-45 minutes rather than 1-2 hours. The cool thing is all of a sudden I'm looking forward to my workouts again! It doesn't feel like drudgery. It feels like something fun, like it used to. My goals right now are more performance related, but of course just being back in the saddle I'll see some body recomp which is slowly happening already. I'm pretty consistently hitting my new #macros which felt like way more of a struggle before. Overall I'm in a much better place mentally and am really enjoying the new outlook ️
