Chicken and black bean salad! Rinse and drain a can of #Blackbeans, add about 1/2 cup of diced red onions,1/2 cup cilantro, the juice of one lime, some crushed garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Marinate for a little while in the fridge so the flavors mix, then throw in some diced chicken if you want extra protein!
