Ok these turned out better :) sweet potato pie #proteinpancakes with protein whipped topping. Pancakes are 1/2 a sweet potato (baked until soft and peeled), 1/3 cup egg whites, 1/4 cup oats, 1/2 scoop protein powder, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1 packet stevia, pinch baking powder. Whipped topping is 1/3 cup cottage cheese, 1 packet stevia, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
