#breakfast isn't always pretty pancakes but it's still my favorite meal of the day! I feel like if I have a good breakfast I can handle the rest of my day with ease. Today, 3 boiled eggs (1 yolk), half a sweet potato with cinnamon and pecan bits and my very first bash at coffee with NO cream (just some vanilla #stevia) #macros- 230 cal, 12g fat, 15g carbs, 20g protein
