Since I am away on business (as always), I can’t snap a picture with my lil trainer nugget #ifbbpro Crystal Nelson at @azprophysiques, but since they asked how could I not show some love?? She is always positive, helpful, optimistic and believes in me even when I don’t. She has talked me off the ledge more times than I can count and reminds to to push forward not give up even when I get discouraged. It’s almost my year fit-aversary and it’s been one of my happiest, healthiest and most productive years to date. Thank you Crystal, @whitneyjonesaz, and all the crew at #azprophysiques for all that you do, and letting me be a part of the #azprofamily xoxox I’m not done yet, but I’m so proud of how far I’ve come!! Big things on the horizon and lots of goals to demolish
