Great story and soooo glad you wrote it for all to read. I too was a cardio freak. I did at least two or three hrs. every day, along with the weihgt training. I felt in good shape and was lean and ripped, but very small. Once I started competing I knew I had to be more than just ripped. I had to put some muscle size on, and (as we both know now) this can’t be done while burning up to so many calories.I now do 30 mins a day and then lift. I have put on real muscle size, have so much more energy and can still eat (the right foods) all day long.I am 48 and in the best shape of my life, so this works for me too!!!Your transformation is amazing and you look beautiful, fit, strong and (yea!) so much younger than you are!!!
