Today was rough. I sat in my car in the gym parking lot thinking of every excuse as to why I could turn around and go home. 15 days with no break. Sore and aching. So much to do. 10pm with an 8am trainer session in the AM. One thought popped into my head though- my dear friend @allisong01 who competes in #figure said something a few weeks ago that really resonated- I'm sore, starting to get achy and tired. This is when the competition backs down, and when I dig my heels in and push harder. Thanks for that Alli. I needed it today. Wasn't an amazing workout but I DID IT and tomorrow is a new day.
