In #newjersey for 2 weeks for work. First order of business- stop at Whole Foods for some provisions! I'm going to be laser focused this trip and my goal is to hit my #macros every single day. I got a variety of frozen veggies, oats, frozen brown rice, nuts, almond butter packets, Greek yogurt, berries, egg whites and leafy greens. In the deli cold case they have grilled chicken and salmon, I just ask them to slice it so it's easy to weigh.
