So happy to be home and back in my routine. I do my best to keep my diet on point when I travel (#flexibledieting/#iifym really helps) but I'm not perfect by any stretch. One of my biggest challenges is getting enough water in, followed closely by how pharma goes hand in hand with dining out. I did okay this last trip, but am up about 5 pounds. I know I'm regaining some muscle that I had lost when I was severely calorie restricting, so it's not tripping me out too bad. It's safe to say it's not all muscle but that's okay. Back in my routine and laser focused! PS- #breakfast is my standard egg whites and oats, which honestly never gets old! I added fresh berries and some #waldenfarms blueberry syrup to @myoatmeal cherry cheesecake oats :)
