Not the prettiest picture but these turned out pretty great! Wanted some #preworkout #carbs so I took my #proteinpancake recipe, tweaked it slightly and made muffins :) Best part? I ate them ALL. Because #gains. #recipe for these #proteinmuffins:1/2 cup oatmeal (from @myoatmeal, obvi)2 egg whites + 1 whole egg50g (1/3 small container) plain ff Greek yogurt2 Splenda packets (or sweetener of your choice) 1 tsp baking powder I threw in some blueberries, but that's optional of course. Blend ingredients until smooth, pour into muffin tins and bake for about 10-13 mins at 375. Watch them because ovens vary! #macros for ALL SIX: 50P, 33C, 11F, 5g fiber.
