Morning #cardio done well before sunrise! It was fun being among my fit #pharma coworkers whose physiques I admire. Reminded me that they are grinding daily too, and fitness isn't accidental. Did #fastedcardio not because I necessarily like it, but I didn't really want to get up earlier than 4:30am to eat. I had #bcaas during my 40 mins of #inclinewalking to possibly protect against any catabolism. Might be BS, but why not. They taste better than plain water.
