Okay, here's the arsenal. First, 5 vacuum sealed meals of chicken, peas and rice/quinoa. Have I mentioned I love my #foodsaver? Also oatmeal packs, #questbars, my new travel #foodscale, some #cellucor #aminos and #preworkout, almonds and protein. Other things: I called ahead to the hotel and said I need a mini fridge and microwave due to dietary restrictions. I also scoped out their fitness center on #tripadvisor and it looks more than adequate. I need to remember to drink mostly tea rather than coffee (since I love creamer a little too much). Still grinding away. Prepping meals tonight for my national sales meeting in Florida tomorrow. Last year's NSM was my first major derailment and I gained TEN pounds that week (!!!) and it took me forever to get back on track. I'm going to bring 5 meals (chicken, veg and carb) vacuum sealed and frozen. I'll also bring protein, a shaker, quest bars, oatmeal and a portable scale. There will be fancy dinners out all week so I'm going to try and save most of my fats/carbs for dinners since they'll be difficult to track. I'm not trying to be perfect but I do NOT want to be in the same position as last year. It was pointless if I don't learn from it. I am going to make my intentional personal commitments to myself every day and take it one day at a time. These trips are my biggest challenge, but I'm going to try and rise to the occasion. 2015 is my year of #CONSISTENCY! #fitfam #fitspo #fittraveler #icandoit
