Still grinding away. Prepping meals tonight for my national sales meeting in Florida tomorrow. Last year's NSM was my first major derailment and I gained TEN pounds that week (!!!) and it took me forever to get back on track. I'm going to bring 5 meals (chicken, veg and carb) vacuum sealed and frozen. I'll also bring protein, a shaker, quest bars, oatmeal and a portable scale. There will be fancy dinners out all week so I'm going to try and save most of my fats/carbs for dinners since they'll be difficult to track. I'm not trying to be perfect but I do NOT want to be in the same position as last year. It was pointless if I don't learn from it. I am going to make my intentional personal commitments to myself every day and take it one day at a time. These trips are my biggest challenge, but I'm going to try and rise to the occasion. 2015 is my year of #CONSISTENCY! #fitfam #fitspo #fittraveler #icandoit
