Ok, nailed it!!! Finally perfected my #proteinpancakes! These are moist, fluffy and flavorful. Not super low in calories but not bad and super high in protein! My holy grail #recipe after MUCH experimenting: 1/3 cup instant oats, 1/4 cup egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1 scoop protein powder, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 packet stevia. Blend (I use the #magicbullet) and cook on medium until bubbles form. Flip, cook until browned. Top however you like (I use #waldenfarms pancake syrup) #macros - 377 calories, 10g fat, 22g carbs, and a whopping 43g protein
