First bash at #cauliflowermash turned out fab!! Can't believe this is low carb and a veggie :D #recipe- steam 1 head #cauliflower until extremely soft. Put in food processor with 2 light baby bell cheese triangles, onion powder, salt pepper and (optional) 1 tbsp grass fed butter. Makes 4 servings. #macros- 73 cals, 3g fat, 7.5 carbs, 3g fiber, 4g protein

Fueling up! #AlmondButter and #hemphearts on #EzekielBread, egg whites, half an apple and my AM supplements :) Washing it all down with some green tea. Good morning #fitfam!
