25 weeks straight of working out 5-6x a week (and eating clean!) So proud of my dedication and follow through- it has NOT been easy, that's for sure! Plus, results have been way slower than I would have imagined but slow progress is still PROGRESS! There have been times I felt like giving up but thanks to my amazing support system and my stubborn determination I've kept consistent and not let small setbacks derail me. I'll reach and exceed any goal I set for myself :)
