Having SERIOUS anxiety posting this but here goes. My hope is to inspire people to get fit and to not give up- last week was a hard week for me and I had to talk myself out of just walking away from all of it. I felt like I hadn't progressed and my body wasn't changing. My lower half (obviously) is my trouble area and it seemed like it wasn't budging, even with literally thousands of squats, lunges and deadlifts over the last 7 months. I went back to the sporting goods store today to recreate this pic I took in March for a real comparison and I was so happy with what I saw. I wanted to share to show that slow progress ADDS UP. Don't let numbers do your head in. To tell everyone not to give up- it takes time. Probably more time than you think. Especially when you're not doing this at 22. Make the choice, make the time and #trusttheprocess. The second pic isn't an "after" photo- I'm not nearly done but I'm very proud of how far I've come and excited at how far I'll go!
