So funny that I have tried no less than 5 #mugcake recipes and they have all turned out tasting like kitchen sponges. I finally just tinkered around with some ingredients and it actually turned out good! I did one with cake batter protein and one with peanut butter marshmallow, both by #cellucor. I preferred the first, but I wanted to make sure I could duplicate the recipe. 2 tbsp protein (about 1/2 scoop)1 tbsp oat flour1 tbsp plain ff Greek yogurt2 egg whites1/2 tsp baking soda1 packet stevia (or sweetener of your choice)Stir until smooth, pour into a mug lined with Pam or coconut oil. Microwave about 30-50 seconds or until the cake rises (mine rises about a half inch over the rim of the mug- just don't overcook!!) Turn the cake out on a plate and frost as desired! I used Greek yogurt with vanilla stevia.
