Back home, back on track! Ate like a champ today despite feeling crappy. Sautéed up some brussel sprouts for my evening veg, and it was sooo amazing! #recipe- finely dice about 2 cups of brussel sprouts, put in a hot pan with about 1 tbsp of avocado oil. Sautée until some pieces begin to brown. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. Add about 2tbsp water, cover quickly and let steam for 3-4 minutes. Enjoy!
