Seriously amazing #legday!! Made sure I had eaten well beforehand and it made a HIGE difference. I put this workout together today worrying I wouldn't be able to do it all... I did it and more! I ended up replacing the narrow stance leg press with glute kickbacks and did 15 mins on the stairs instead of incline walking, plus extra sets of #jumpsquats and #lunges. I'm gonna feel the burn on Wednesday!! I looove how much higher and firmer my booty is getting every week! I've never had a small ass, but it fell like a deflated balloon when I turned 27 (gravity is a thing, people).
