Wow. Picture on the left I was 23 and weighed 5lbs LESS than I do now. That is what an hour a day on the elliptical machine, no weights and a calorie restricted diet got me. Talk about #skinnyfat! Now I lift 4-5x a week with 6 days of 20-30 min cardio. Same amount or less time in the gym, more tone, shape, confidence and lower body fat % than ever.
