#mealprep like a boss!! I recently discovered roasting my veggies a) tastes better and b) let's them hold up to being refrigerated for a few days better than steaming or sautéing. Plus, it's about zero effort. Set it and forget it! I tossed my #brusselssprouts in a tiny bit of avocado oil, pink Himalayan salt and fresh pepper. The #broccoli and #cauliflower got the same but w/ olive oil. 420 degrees for 15 min, rotate trays and then 15 more min or until they start to look golden. I usually also use onion powder because it adds so much flavor, but I forgot to this time :P
